Matthew Livingston focuses his practice on probate, estate, and trust litigation, estate planning, and real estate. Matthew helps executors and administrators navigate the probate process and resolve contested matters. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association where he serves on the Probate Practice Committee. Matthew believes that mutual trust and communication must be established in all attorney-client relationships and strives to achieve this.
Matthew grew up in Glenview and attended Notre Dame College Prep in Niles. He is a graduate of St. Olaf College (B.A. in Economics and Exercise Science) where he was a member of the varsity football team and on the Dean’s List. He later graduated from DePaul University College of Law (J.D., 2020) where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the DePaul Business Law Clinic. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2021.
Matthew resides in the Edison Park neighborhood and enjoys spending time with his family and anything sports related.
